
Changes for PC-Dragon v2.02
Changes from v2.01 to v2.02 are as follows:
- Fixed bug causing the DAA instruction to behave unreliably.
- Fixed disassembly of indexed modes "5,r", "6,r" and "11,r".
- Fixed bugs preventing the use of relative pathnames as filenames.
- Fixed bug which caused snapshots containing memory only (ROM cartridges) to corrupt the 6809.
- Fixed bug which prevented DGN files from loading correctly if specified on the command line complete with an extension.
- Changed the default string assigned to the key combination Alt-F4.
- Maximised the emulators acceptance of "/" as an alternative to "\".
- Added support for multiple page prefixes to 6809 engine, debugger and disassembler.
- Added support for V1.4 snapshots with zero length (CoCo2 V1.5 format).
- Added an FIRQ trigger when snapshots starting at $C000 are loaded.
- Changed the help information displayed by DC.EXE (no functional changes).
- Enhanced WHATIS.EXE to recognise many additional file types.
- Repackaged PC-Dragon as two "freeware" ZIP files.
- Made various updates and corrections to documentation.
Changes for PC-Dragon v2.01
Changes from v2.00 to v2.01 are as follows:
- Fixed ugly bug which caused the keyboard to hang after debugger functions B, O, X and V if 'Real Mode' keyboard emulation was selected.
- Fixed bug causing disassembly of CWAI instruction to display "CWAICC".
- Fixed bug causing relative speed measurement to be wrong after IRQ rate adjusted using options menu.
- Fixed refresh bugs after debugger memory edit and fill functions.
- Changed v1.4 snapshot SB volume from 1 to 0, and SB type from 255 to 3.
- Added feature which enables use of Dragon 32 snapshots with Dragon 64 ROM.
- Added facility for specifying snapshot portability. Introduced filetype D96 for this purpose, and v2.01 of snapshot extensions.
- Can now use DOWN cursor key to scroll disassembly screen.
Bugs List
Known outstanding bugs are as follows:
- SEX instruction may not set condition codes correctly.
- Mouse pointer is not handled correctly during mode changes.
- Keys Ctrl-F1 to Ctrl-F4 corrupt 6809 memory address $24E.
- Possible memory corruption with Novell LANs.
- Emulator is sometimes subject to long pauses under Windows NT (cause unknown).
- Various documentation errors (including a rogue page break in pcdragon.ps).
